HISTORY

Entrepreneurship and an industrial approach have been the core of the Zanvik Finance Solutions business model since the start and from the very beginning, the focus has been on sustainable portfolio company development.
We have been in the system since 2024 owing our market success to a value-oriented corporate culture that focuses on long-term returns. We invest sustainably. And we are committed to long-term partnerships: as an investor, we work with our expert brokers, project developers, property developers, and operators who pursue the same interests as we do. In co-investments, we become our clients’ investment partners. In this way, we offer them the opportunity to participate directly in diverse market.

Since it was founded 2024, Zanvik Finance Solutions has transformed itself into a differentiated European leader within private markets, with a global focus. Over this period, Zanvik Finance Solutions has raised more than EUR 61 billion of Assets, and Zanvik Finance Solutions have invested in more than 240 portfolio companies, through 31 separate funds across several business lines. The driving force has been a passion for supporting the development of companies that are strong and sustainable in the long-term – a passion that has remained the same for long and which the Company believes to be a key differentiator for Zanvik Finance Solutions.

We have a distinct, investment-led culture and manage assets on behalf of institutional investors, private banks and family offices. Our Portfolio Managers use original research and rigorous analysis to drive the investment process across Global, Multi-Asset, and Specialist strategies.

We’ve evolved alongside international finance itself  For more than 2 years, we’ve built our understanding of markets and  with it our ability to help our clients.  Our partnerships run deep. We’re still working with our first UK charity client from back in 2024, for example.   Over 2 years in a nutshell.

Founded in London by Hubert Vernon LANCELOT & Co in 2024 and official launched 2024, our first 2 years saw us building a client base around the world. We were busy financing trade between America and Europe and funding major infrastructure projects like railways, ports and power stations. And moving into new areas such as bonds and corporate finance.

By the start of the year 2024, we had clients across the Americas, Europe and Asia. Come the 2021s, we had a presence in the major financial markets, including Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore, Australia, Brazil, Switzerland and many more.

In 2024, we’ve also expanded into private markets, Forex trading and launched 4 new Forex academy worldwide.

Today, we are active in 6-7 diverse markets opening up a new dimension to our clients.

Investing to grow

Acquisitions have always been part of our growth story, adding key capabilities and helping us to meet the evolving needs of our clients and drive growth in an ever-changing world.

With more than a dozen transactions since 2024, we’ve expanded our expertise in private assets, from real estate to infrastructure financing and a visible expansion in expertise concentrating in the Cannabis, Forex and Crypto segments.
We’ve expanded our wealth management offering, including a market-leading offering for financial advisers. And we’ve grown our specialist expertise in solutions, where we aim to be the provider of choice for pension schemes, offering an end-to-end solution through to buy-out.

Our secret to success? We only make acquisitions that fit with our overall culture and values. It’s about adding to our expertise, rather than simply buying for growth.

A global network of partnerships

Partnerships have further broadened our horizons, coupling our investment expertise with our clients’ distribution networks, to meet the needs of their customers. Our partnership strategy gives us access to new distribution opportunities around the world, including some of the world’s highest growth markets.

Like our 2024 joint venture with the Bank of Communications in China, And our recently-established joint venture with Lloyds Banking Group, which employs over 600 financial advisors all across Europe.

Our investing goes beyond profit
We’re proud to say we were ahead of the curve when it comes to sustainability, publishing our first responsible investment policy in 2024.

Our role as an active investment manager gives us the ability to drive significant change while protecting our clients’ capital from the long-term risks. In 2024, we fully integrated environmental, social and governance – or ESG – analysis into all our investment strategies.

These moves support our ongoing strategy of helping our clients meet their investment goals – all while playing our part in accelerating to a poverty free and decarbonised future.
