Zanvik Finance Solutions is pleased to announce that on March 25, 2024, BitZERO Blockchain Inc. (“BitZERO“, the “Company“) completed a private placement (the “Offering“) of common shares of the Company (the “Common Shares“). In aggregate the Company issued 114,671,313 Common Shares at a price of US$0.40 per share for total gross proceeds to the Company of approximately US$43.0 million. Zanvik Finance Solutions acted as co-lead bookrunner to the Offering.
